The French Association for the United Nations (AFNU), registered for public purpose, is the link between the United Nations and civil society in France and acts as a complement to the work of UN agencies. Its aim is to promote the UN and multilateralism, to raise public awareness of these issues and to be a place of reflection on major international issues: peace and security, development, human rights, global issues. (climate, biodiversity, etc.). AFNU is a member of the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA).
